We have five apartments: three three-room apartments and two two-room apartments, each carefully designed for your well-being and relaxation.
A true privilege in the historic center: each living unit has a large private balcony and a reserved parking space, rare and precious details in this area. You will be immersed in the unique atmosphere of the ancient core of Molveno, among charming alleys, characteristic doors, finely restored ancient stables, exposed stone walls, and small vegetable gardens. A place that tells the farming history of the village, now beautifully integrated with the vibrancy of tourism and hospitality.
The ground floor apartment offers an added value: in addition to a small private garden, it has a cozy wooden gazebo furnished with a table and benches, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors in total privacy.
Our apartments are named after some of the most beautiful protected flowers of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park: Arnica, Genzianella, Negritella, and Stella Alpina, symbols of the simple and genuine beauty that you can discover by exploring the Brenta Dolomites.

The apartment will be at your disposal from 4/5 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10: 00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

The ARNICA Residence, located at Via Paganella 21, offers easily accessible apartments spread across the ground floor, first and second floors. The sizes range from 35 to 95 square meters.
